  • 2004 design and implementation of the project " UN SORRISO INSIEME" for the dissemination of the culture of hospitality. The project was funded by the LEADER + Programme through a call issued by the LAG - Pollino Sviluppo ;
  • 2005 advice to the City of Morano Calabro (CS ) for the promotion of  a project for the establishment of a Rural District in the north- west of the Province of Cosenza.
  • 2005 establishment of the "National Board of Coordination and Unitary Representation of Italian Rural Districts" ( Tandri ), promoted by Morus , signed in Rome by fifteen subjects ( both public and private ) coming from different regions , which in turn are promoters or processes responsible for the birth of rural districts .
  • 2006 contribution to the implementing regulation of the Latium regional Law for rural districts and for quality agri-food districts;
  • 2006 design and implementation of the project " Porte aperte a scuola" dedicated to the involvement of schools in Morano Calabro (CS) . The project was funded by the LEADER + Programme through a call issued by the LAG - Pollino Sviluppo;
  • 2006 coaching in different realities of Lazio for the birth of rural districts ; in particular through the convention, the Mountain Community dell'Aniene for the nomination of the rural district and ISI Bracciano for the construction of the application of the rural district of the Tuscia Romana , Valle del Mignone and Lands of Veii;
  • 2006 starting a collaboration with several regional offices of Coldiretti , aimed at the definition of projects to be submitted to the European programs in the field of public awareness of the principles of the new Common Agricultural Policy ;
  • 2007, collaboration with local stakeholders in the adaptation of regional norms in the field of rural districts in Apulia and Sicily ;
  • 2007, definition of the Plan of Rieti Mountain Rural District as a result of acquisition of appointment by dell'ARSIAL with public procedures (procedure by invitation only);
  • 2008 Consulting to Coldiretti Calabria for the development of opinions and draft regulations concerning the theme of rural districts as well as an experimental project for the definition of a decision support tool for the activities of a rural district , and subsequently presented by Coldiretti Calabria as part of a contract manufacturing activities of the Department of the Region of Calabria ;
  • 2008, drives the evolution of  Tandri in an Association (ANDRI - National Association of Italian Rural Districts - website: www.ambienterurale.it / andri ) whose memorandum was signed in Gubbio on 29.11.2008;
  • 2008, acquisition of new post by ARSIAL for further information and entertainment activities for the coming Rieti Mountain Rural District;
  • 2009, collaboration with a Bulgarian Association in a project, funded by the European Union through the Regional Operational Programme, concerning  sustainable tourism;
  • 2009, on behalf of ARSIAL, cross-sectoral initiative for ROP Culture of Latium, related to the enhancement of the rural landscape, wine, food and agri-food in the province of Rieti (project approved in 2010, funding pending);
  • 2009, acquisition of office by the Chamber of Commerce of Rieti for the definition of a proposal of PIT (Integrated Territorial Planning ) referring to the area of the Rieti Mountain Rural District;
  • 2009, design, in collaboration with Coldiretti Calabria - Cosenza Federation and several local administrations, of three initiatives related to specific measures of Axis III of the PSR Calabria , concerning business diversification of agricultural enterprises in non-conventional materials (project eligible for funding in 2011);
  • 2010, collaboration with various G.A.L. of central and southern Italy, for the definition of the respective PSL particularly relating to rural district as Leader capitalization of experiences and identification of themes and projects for inter-territorial cooperation ( cross-border and inter-regional ) between LAG and similar subjects ;
  • 2010, support to the GAL Innova Plus ( Larino , prov . Campobasso ) for the definition of the LDP on the invitation of the Molise Region for the implementation of the action line " Leader approach " of the RDP 2007-2013;
  • 2010, technical assistance to local partnerships of the Cosenza Province  and preparation and submission of the application for Pollino and Upper Ionian Cosentino rural districts, recognized by the Calabria Region in March 2010;
  • 2010, design, in collaboration with GAL Ogliastra , of the local development project connected to the regional call for the establishment of GAC ( Coastal Action Groups ) , related to Axis IV of the EFF for 2007-2013 ( project won first place in the league announced in 2011 and declared the only to be financed ) ;
  • 2011, technical assistance to the partnership of the Rural District of Upper Ionian Cosentino for the establishment of the District Committee (a body of guidance and supervision of the district ) ;
  • 2012, technical assistance to the partnership of the Rural District of Upper Ionian Cosentino for the establishment of the Independent District ( management body of the organism and the district responsible for the definition and implementation of the District Plan ) ;
  • 2012, processing on behalf of the municipality of Rocca Imperiale (CS) of the action plan of the new center of information and training for agriculture, funded by PSR Calabria;
  • 2012, co-founder of the Consortium BBFood , subject designed for the creation of an innovative platform for international sale of high quality Italian food products related to regional gastronomic traditions (www.bravobunissimo.it ) ;
  • 2013, in partnership with INTEGRA, non-profit organization for cultural initiatives, within the framework of the European Culture Programme 2000 ;
  • 2013 planning assistance to municipalities of Rocca Imperiale and Canna ( CS) , for the preparation of a proposal submitted under the call for the Youth Department of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, for the enhancement of state property in favor of the young people;
  • 2014-2016, assistance to the municipalities of the Upper Valdarno (AR) for the establishment of a rural district.
