MAC has an internal structure organized according to its main fields of activity and made up of working groups that are implemented, if necessary, by external consultants. The structure of the working groups is therefore variable in composition and number according to the customer's needs and characteristics of every specific work. To supervise one or more working groups, there is the Project Leader, thematic referent for a given subject or group of subjects, who supervises also the project managers, each of whom uniquely in charge of a single project.
In addition to its headquarters in Rome and two offices in Calabria and Sardinia, MAC, thanks to special agreements with specifically selected partners, can operate also in several other areas of Central and Southern Italy
